System Help Desk / CIS Update
As most of you are aware my CIS (Client Informational System) as worked very well for those of you whom use it, recently I found that I can further organize this system by adding your support to the project. I have begun to impliment a Help Desk system or HD system with the help of SysAid, although currently in its beta stage it looks rather promising. All of your login information has remained the same so both my CIS and HD system are the exact same, if you forget your password you can either contact me at support@mattdezendorf.com or the HD system will allow the use of a password recovery tool. I ask all of my clients to please try and utilize this new tool, thank you for your time Mr. Matthew Dezendorf.

Business at its best
Today I set into motion a fully automated guest updating program. What this breaks down to, when ever you place an order and it is recieved your information is logged into my system. From there your information is updated constantly by my AI named S.A.M. I will explain him later when I get ALL of his bugs out but he is working for this program just fine. So for example you buy a product or service from me, S.A.M. keeps track of payments, charges, discounts, time between events and he even has the power to send E-Mails and make phone calls.
